There are plenty of useful bespoke items we can build - filling awkward alcoves, creating bespoke desks or tables. This is Another area where space saving options are often essential - you may want to create a small work space in a spare nook - fitted floating shelves, pull-down or pull-out ‘desks’ , room dividers can all help small spaces seem larger & can be created in the minimum of space thanks to wireless connection and [necessary only!] cloud storage with a little ingenuity or creative thinking .

Many choices are available to create the look you want - from Painted MDF, incorporating some wood or using solid wood or veneer to alter the look - - Veneer is a very economical & efficient use of an increasingly precious commodity - wood - as well as cost effective.

For This Project I was asked to fill a small room entirely with bespoke desk, shelving, cupboards & drawers & paint in my customers choice of warm taupe/hot mocha From £4000

For this project I was asked to build extensive bookcases, open & glass fronted with cupboards beneath in a very large oak lined library painted in my clients choice of bold red From £3000 per unit

Here my client asked me to fill an entire hallway with Shaker Style shelving, some with an oak worktop & cupboards beneath to reflect the beams and oak door & skirting from £5,000

This shelving would be great in a home office or open plan kitchen-diner where a pull out/desk could be incorporated From £2500

There are many different styles of traditional alcove units - built into an alcove, or either side of the room, leaving space for a desk or media shelving (TV/music), or Fireplace in between. Above 'Shaker' style £550 each
